Possum Holler is not responsible for accidents that result in injury, loss of life, loss or damage to your personal property. Possum Holler reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone found in violation of these rules. You must sign a "Release of Liability" contract in order to operate a motorized vehicle at Possum Holler ATV Park.

Possum Holler Rules and Regulations

1. Entrants must sign in before riding.
2. Minors must be accompanied by an adult and must wear helmets while on motorized vehicles.
3. No riding double on any of the jumps or on the motocross track.
4. No doughnuts on the county road. This is illegal and fines may be assessed if you are found in violation of this rule.
5. Possum Holler does not NOW nor has EVER condoned under age drinking! If a minor is suspected of or caught drinking alcohol, Law Enforcement Officials will be called immediately to handle the situation and the minor will be handled accordingly by Law Enforcement Officials.
6. Follow all ATV manufacturer's safety warnings.
7. Adhere to speed limit of 5 mph within parking area and camping areas.
8. Do not litter.
9. You are responsible for your own campfires.
10. Bag all trash and dispose of in trash containers.
11. Camp, ride, fish, and swim at your own risk.
